Connecting Your Accounts
The first step is to sync your public profiles. Enter your business name and city in the search bar. Our discovery engine will locate your Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Delivery profiles automatically.

Verify Connections
Verify all automatic connections, and manually set any if they were missed.
Our automatic connection typically does not need to be corrected, but there have been some cases of connections being incorrectly made.
These integration connections only need to be set once, so we recommend taking the time to verify they are accurate.
Generate First Report
Select generate first report. This report may take up to 10 minutes. We will email you once the report is complete.
The page will also refresh once your first report has completed generating.
Reply to Unreplied Review Comments
On every report (onboarding, and every Sunday), we generate up to 50 AI generated responses for your latest reviews.
Click "Copy" to copy the AI-generated draft directly to your clip board. Once the review has been responded to, select "Done" to update it's status.
Currently only Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor support viewing the comment directly from our interface, for Delivery Platforms: UberEats, DoorDrash, GrubHub, you will be directed to the main review page.
